No words, as if they do not want people to return. Drains clogged in the shower and sink, both of the beds had issues one hurt my friends back while mine was broken. I tried to sleep regardless but by time around 1130pm came I tried to contact the main desk with no answer. Got dressed went downstairs to find out no one is there all night. Don’t stay It took the lady 40 minutes to get there. The room was dirty and the bed spreads were not appealing. Toilet had an issue with the flusher. The TV remote didn’t work.

There was no one at the front desk. No one answered the phone when I called and I could not check in. Very disappointed

Bad night sleep. Charged for a room when I should have had a free comp room with hotel.com. Very thin blanket and pillow on a super cheap bed. Highway noise was loud so it was a very bad night’s sleep. The room was clean but there is no comfort in the design.

We went to Arizona for the Super Bowl. Right after the game we went straight to the hotel and there was nobody there in reception. I did not know this was a sort of an apartment feel to it.We were the strangers. The bedroom smelled horrible and my husband was so upset that he slept in the truck due to the smell and the bathroom still having someone else's hairs.

The minute you walk into the lobby it was dirty and smelled. We get into our room and it was dirty dead bugs on the floor. Also live roaches in the room. We immediately checked out and was issued a refund
