I do apologize for the 1⭐, but I never had the opportunity the stay at an Extended Stay. So, I know nothing about the facility, staff, room, or stay. I tried booking the room for a couple nights but for whatever reason it wasn't going through, so I thought that was the end of it until a day or two later when I was billed. I was super confused, because I never received confirmation or anything. Just a page that went blank while I was trying to book, then being charged. The staff was great and helpful my only complain about this hotel is that the room was old you can tell by hot the bath tub looks, the bed was no comfortable and small, and there was no TV in the room. I have stayed at better looking Extended Stay's. This one was run down.
I showed up after a concert I went to and they would not let me check in because it was after midnight. That’s was never mentioned to me at all…
My husband and I are homeless someone gave us money to get a room to get off the streets for a night and the heartless female wouldn't let my husband stay in the room with me because his wallet was stolen and he didn't have his driver's license

Gross, roaches everywhere. Weird hours for the staff, front desk leaves at 10pm. I checked out four days early due to how gross it was losing money but it was worth it
