Room 133 was discussing!! Roaches dirty bathroom bugs on floor walls covered with hands prints
They gave us a absolutely dirty nasty room it wasn't even clean there was food, trash the bed wasn't even made the blankets where on the floor it was all around nasty.i walked right out and asked for a refund..
Literal scam. Not even worth trying Wasn’t even allowed to stay. Tried to check in just after midnight, sign in lobby area to call number to check in. Called and they said check in is closed and I had to contact who I booked though. Lied on the phone saying my booking provider (Hotels.com) was legally required to provide me a place to stay tonight. Tried to contact hotels.com and the agent said that was an obvious lie, they contacted the hotel and he admitted to me through the chat that this is the worst property he has inte... read more
unsafe hotel due to disregardful front desk staff the front desk staff including hotel manager behaved like children, extremely hostile, agressive, unprofeasional, rude and highly disreapectful. the rooms are full of roaches and they will lie like somebody came to spray. they only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks. hallways and elevators extremely dirty. internet extremely slow. they charge for new linen even though they dont clean the rooms your whole visit. sheets had stains when i first got here. its not clean at all i would not recommend. needs to be torn down and remodeled
