I checked in, walked to the 4th floor where my room was located, the carpet on the 4th floor was awfully dirty, the furniture in my room was old, in tbe first 5 min I spotted 2dead cockroaches

Room was dirty, furniture was broken, rooms are nothing like the pictures, very strong smell of marijuana. Very disappointed with customer service as I reserved a non smoking room and room smelled really bad.. i have pictures of the horrible room condition.

It’s the worst place I’ve stayed we couldn’t sleep because of the smell really bad an there was cockroaches it was a very bad experience I don’t recommended and it was very expensive for the way it was

Stayed in room 420 for one night. The room is infested with cockroaches! My shoes were sticking to the floor because it was dirty. The walls were dirty. The room smells like someone cooked fish in it. The AC unit was disgustingly dirty. This room has not had a proper cleaning in a VERY LONG TIME. This hotel needs a DEEP CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL IMMEDIATELY!! There are homeless people in the parking lot. Staff was nice.
