The pictures are not what you get. This has to be the absolute worse place I’ve ever stayed in. I travel about 25-30 weekends out of the year and this by far has been the worse “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are not what you get once you arrive. The moment I pulled into the parking lot I got hit in the face with the strong smell of marijuana. PHX Extended Stay America Hotel. Elevator was filthy. Bedding inadequate. Cockroaches running around on the walls and floor. Shower noisy, leaking water continuously! I will not stat there again.

Very poor cleaning the elevators were disgusting. The floors were gross. The hotel was definitely not worth the money that I spent. The bed had burn marks and blood stains on it. The TV remote didn’t even work. There was a cockroach catcher right by the TV. The bathtub was gross. When I stayed there, police showed up twice the whole night. I do not recommend.

Worst experience ever!! Worst experience ever! I arrived at 7:30PM to check in and there was no one there. I waited and waited and I called the number per their Instructions but no one ever came to check me in. After waiting over 30 minutes I finally gave up and left as I was exhausted after traveling. Called the company and they refused to refund me money. Total waste of money and time.
