Felt very unsafe with all the homeless around the property. The room was extremely dirty and the deferred maintenance was very visible. Never again will I stay at this hotel chain.

La verdad no me gusto nada en ningún aspecto, en las fotos te muestran algo que ni se parece al hotel. Muy sucio, camas súper viejas, instalaciones en pésimas condiciones! Es el peor hotel en el que me he quedado!

I want to get my money back. This place wad flithy and roaches

Room infested with roaches The hotel room was infested with roaches. There were bugs in the bed. The phone and most electrical plugs did not work. It was a very filthy hotel. The bed was small and uncomfortable. It was the most horrific hotel experience in my life.

Left after an hour. The bed looked like it was a futon frame/mattress. Blinds were all broken so people could see in the window. Then out came the cockroaches on the counter and under the sink. This was the last straw so left and stayed elsewhere for the night. Will not be returning to this location, but have had plenty of success in other extended stays.

The staff was very nice and friendly but not property was dirty inside and out. The parking lot was dirty and had poor lighting. Made the mistake to give them the benefit of doubt and still checking in the room was disgusting it smelled like we couldn't stay there we had to leave. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online.

1 Star The room was dirty not swept, the outlets for power didnt work in the entire room.
