No towels No towels in my room there was only 1 big towel and one small one I called and never got an answer.

I was confirmed a room with Expedia and when I got there, there was no onsite attendant. Had to call to get one downstairs and when they finally came down, all she said :SORRY WE OVERBOOKED; it was pretty bad there anyways

Hotel was dirty, unsafe, would never stay again.

As soon as you walk in you get a cigarette smell. Feels unsafe and got flooded so they couldn’t honor my reservation.

I didn’t even stayed because the clerk was very rude and told me they had no rooms available that they were overbooked, I told her I had booked and paid my room she asked for my name and said oh you booked through Expedia? and I said yes…. she said called Expedia and tell them to give you your money

It was very dirty. A terrible odor throughout the hotel. Staff was very nice. Tub dirty.

I booked a room for 2 days , I arrived late to the property because my flight was delayed, when I got there at midnight I saw a message on the wall ( front desk ) CALL THIS NUMBER FOR RESERVATION. When a I called them they just said no rooms available but why if already pay for my room but the lady on the phone just say NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. So they rent my room to somebody else and I CANT GET MY REFOUD .
