Wouldn’t stay again Bathroom needs updating,cigarette burns on bathtub. Shower hard to use. Bathtub very stained. Seemed clean. Poor bed. Non smoking room but cigarette smell still in room.

Check in profess was terrible after hours, waited an hour for someone to attend. There was a cockroach in room, it was stinky as people smokes, there was no shampoo and leaky shower. Will never stay in this hotel chain

Service Desk was almost never open Lack of employee availability was the biggest issue. The service desk was unreachable for the majority of our stay. The front desk was closed for most of the day everyday (even though the listed open hours are from 10am to 8pm). We walked past the desk several times in the middle of the day and it was closed.
