We didn’t stay. After getting discharged from the hospital at 10:30p we were exhausted. We arrived at the hotel to find no one at the front desk and a sign saying to use the phone on the wall. After holding for more than 15 minutes, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes before the front desk person arrived. And I was told I needed to wait in the lobby, where there was no seating, and then I was hung up on. I left, went to my car, and booked another hotel. I would like my pre-paid reservation to be refunded.
Do not stay here This hotel should be closed down. The smell of cigarette smoke was so overwhelming we immediately left. This must be a refugee for the local homeless. Seriously do not waste you money like we did.

After paying a hundred and fifty for the room that specifically came with a kitchen we found out there is not so much as a cup or fork in the kitchen. Not the plastic water cup rooms usually come with. Literally nothing. Everything is extra cost on top of the already costly room. Want pots and pans? Pay for the cooking package. Want plates and forks? Pay for the dining package. Want coffee in the morning? You guessed it.. pay for a whole coffee maker. There is nothing to make coffee at all in the room. I liked being able to come and go as I pleased and that with a phone call someone was available at the front desk. However, employees were smoking just outside the entrances and the adjoining room's air-intake was bringing the smoky air in. The elevator smelled like a dirty ashtray. Fellow tenants were heard screaming at odd times of the day and night and one occupant played low bass music that shook the floor and windows. Floors were not clean upon check-in. Good thing the scenery was good… This was a horrible experience. The inly reason I got this hotel is because they had a stove. When I ask the front desk for a skillet and pots and pans to use in the room they told me I had to buy them. I was there for 2 nights. Why would I buy pots and pans when I’m on vacation. They didn’t even have cups or plasticware. The room was dirty and uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress might as well been on a cot. The frame was unstable and moved where I rolled over in the bed.

Noisy There was children yelling in the hallway all hours of the day our upstairs neighbors stomped all day! I asked to move was denied stated by a male assuming he was the mgr that they just ask the guests to be adults and that they don’t do noise complaints until after 10 pm in which the front desk closes at 7. I refuse to stay there again

Not worth your money!!!!!! Our room was absolutely disgusting! I have 2 small children and I could not let them stay in that terrible excuse for a hotel. Also extended stay at woodsprings means shady empty apartment type room that smells like an old house that someone has smoked in for years. There were also short dark hairs all over the bedding!
