The location of the hotel was convent to my training location. After check in I went into my room. It was clean but the bathroom sink had water running no stop the during my stay. Children were running and playing in the hall until 1am several nights. In the morings I went to the lobby for the Continental breakfast at 8am to find both both coffee pots empty, and nothing else offered.

The room was in poot condition. There was damage on cabinets and door from a dog being locked up, knobs missing from vanity drawer, missing stoppers in tub and sink, mold in shower, toilet was not bolted to floor and was very loose and unsafe, shelving in closet was broken and missing, corners were broken off tables in room, refrigerator and freezer door rusted, bottom of lamps were rusted and carpet had stains and burn marks on it. Lights were flashing, mattress on soft sleeper was thin and dirty, mold in bathroom, some outlets didn’t work

When I travel and arrive early, I never had to pay a extra fee for early check in. The room had an odor to it. If you needed a spoon plate or cup I had to go to front desk. There is a notice about requesting dish ware. This is not the first time stay at an extended stay hotel. But this brand I will not come back too.

Not so good! I was seriously disappointed in this property. There was no ice machine in the whole building. The light fixture in the entrance area of the room didn’t work. The continental breakfast consisted of packaged grits, granola bars, muffins, and coffee. I really expected much more, but will give this property a plus for comfort. The beds were the best part of my whole stay. Much work is needed!
