At least the bed was comfy? Every SINGLE person that was in the lobby while we were checking in had an issue, so I was nervous from the start. The woman at the front desk was understandably frustrated, but there was no need to address me in that manner, I just walked in. We kept getting locked out of our room, the wash cloths and towels were dingy, we had to ask for a garbage can for our room, they had the same four hard muffins and handful of Nature Valley bars MY ENTIRE STAY for breakfast. This place was a HEADACHE

The building is poorly managed. Blood and other body fluids on carpet, walls, ceiling, beds, etc. Towels and linens were nasty. Smoke detector hanging from wire. No water or breakfast offered, "since management did not have time to go to the local Walmart." Staff are rude and never available for assistance. Horrible experience.

Horrible stay!! The room was outdated. The room had NO cold water in the shower or sink!

Terrible Stay We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights for family and friends. Arrived 5pm and one room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We were given a different room. Next morning discovered only scalding hot water coming out of faucets. When asking for a room change, the next room had only COLD water. We will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. Our kids go to UNC and we have many more hotels in our future. We will not EVER choose Extended Stay America!

Room was not clean upon arrival. Broken drawers in the kitchen, the range/stove was dirty, and the lighting was off, bulbs not in good working condition. Hot water in shower not up to temperature, and AC unit not in good working order. Checked in, piss poor customer service, as if no one carried rather there were guests or hot. Certainly will not be staying at this property again

Absolutely filthy! Absolutely filthy...lobby, hallways, elevator and room!! Mirrors weren’t clean. Hair in sink and shower. Blood stain on floor.
