利用すべきでないホテル 利用すべきでないホテル。シャトル無し。朝食は菓子だけ。思い出しても腹が立つコスパの悪い汚くて苦情対応しない不快なホテル。

Worst hotel stay of my life Absolutely disgusting hotel. Not clean, room never cleaned, ran out of towels, no trash pick up, drug deals in the parking lot after hours. You couldn’t PAY ME to stay here again.

First they charged me for two nights and I stayed one. All because the staff did not know the policies she told me that my first reservation would just cancel itself out if she did not check us in and it did!!! It charged us a no-show! (as she made us a second reservation I do to a change). Second my AC unit was so loud the plan was going on and it ran and ran and ran all night long and said the coffee pot was broke and it poured coffee all over my overflowing because it was dirty and then it backed up

I have no idea the condition of the property, because although a reservation was made and paid for, we were turned away last minute to find another hotel to utilize. The front desk person was no help at all, asked me to go call the hotel or whomever I made the reservation and get my money back. She was rude and seemed unsympathetic to the point of disrespect.

When I checked in, the room was not prepared and the staff asked me to find another place but it was already close to mid night.

Bad A very bad, unpleasant experience The reason didn't have the room I had booked I booked and paid the room I was calling from January so the day I got to the hotel, they told me they didn't have room that s an unpleasant news, Then what did you serve me to make reservations?
