Pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else Booked for only one night as we were traveling from PA to ATL and needed to catch some zzz's. We walked in and the place smelled like fish. The check-in area was very small but looked decent & clean. However once we got in the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke, it was outdated, it looked like a I walked into the 80's with the popcorn ceiling, the couch and chair looks like it had it, the carpet was dirty....even though I used sanitizing wipes everywhere it just felt icky! Bad shape My uncle comes down monthly for doctors appointments. I requested 1st floor , they put me on 2nd and I called again next day to move 1st floor they didn’t until I came in and made a fuss. He is in a wheelchair and thy put him at last room at end of hall. I will not stay at this location again, the quality has gone dow tremendously. Broken sofa was the an insult to moving to first floor.

I chose this hotel because it was closest to the airport, had extended parking and a shuttle service. It was very close to the airport however does not offer parking or a shuttle service. The room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. The overall cleanliness was poor even from the lobby there was a terrible stench. There were people fighting outside of my window in the middle of the night and I could hear everything. Pay the extra few bucks and stay a couple of miles further away, it was not worth it.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF ON BUSINESS Showed up on Sunday, was booked till Friday. First night a man and a woman arguing right outside my door. Political BS i believe. Told man next day about situation, he say nothing can be done about it. Monday was fine and quiet. But rest of week was a big party. Went to office to complain a few times but girl says nothing she could do about it. Could do better on cleaning ood coustmer service Good coustmer Servise but gt a messed up room pee all around toilet dirty under wear was in bed bathroom went clean

This hotel was the worse I ever stayed in. The pullout mattress was stained with only God knows what... Stayed with 4 children and even my kids were ready to go home. The shower/bathroom was dirty with molds. The room had an odor that was indistinguishable. I was told because of the inconvenience of all the complaints I would be refunded one night stay the morning I was leaving no one showed up for work at the front desk to speal with..... I will never stay here again!!!!!!
