Thank you to Expedia for helping me obtain a refund from this hotel are we had to leave during the 1st night due to the conditions. Checked in at 5pm, then left to go to a funeral viewing, when we arrived back to the hotel later that night, the front desk was closed -no staff working the overnight. The room had a kitchen, but there were no kitchen supplies - apparently you have to rent those at the front desk. There was not a coffee maker, or cups for water, or even an ironing board and iron. Roach infestation! I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. Each room had roaches! Management didn’t help. Poor attitude so we booked a different hotel.

Upon arriving at the establishment, I felt a bit out of place. I encountered the night auditor, who expressed concerns about my reservation and mentioned that my room would not be available for an hour. I patiently waited outside for a full hour, as there was no one at the front desk to assist me during that time. It would be beneficial if the staff could enhance their communication and ensure that guests receive timely updates on their reservations to improve the overall experience.
