Upon arriving at the establishment, I felt a bit out of place. I encountered the night auditor, who expressed concerns about my reservation and mentioned that my room would not be available for an hour. I patiently waited outside for a full hour, as there was no one at the front desk to assist me during that time. It would be beneficial if the staff could enhance their communication and ensure that guests receive timely updates on their reservations to improve the overall experience.

Bugs everywhere! There was a hole under the counter/kitchen sink. There was hair and dirt (I think) in the shower/bathroom floor. There was a bandaid over the peephole on the door. The entire second floor smelled like dog urine. Walls are paper thin, you could hear what the next room over was talking about as if they were in the same room. When confronted, management refused to rectify the situation or issue a refund. Was never offered a different room or any kind of fix. Will post pictures

We showed up and the person that was in our room prior to our arrival extended their stay, so we had no room and no where to go with our 4 kids. They didn’t offer any solutions. Worse experience ever. Terrible business model
