Woke up with bed bug bites.Gangs of children run unsupervised yelling and screaming all over the hotel. Yelling and shouting is frequent during the day time. The entire hotel is disgusting and carries ann odd urine smell, which I assume is ammonia they use to clean hopefully. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Bad smell in the room, bathroom was dirty, furniture very beat up, and just the bare minimum of supplies; kitchen completely empty. Not what we expected.

Disappointed Room had windows open....took me a while to figure out why the heat was struggling to keep up. Common areas very dirt and with foul smell. Charged for Internet that was very slow and intermittent.

Non refundable room and NO room Called me at 8 pm said there were no rooms after I booked it. Took almost 3 hours to fix it and find another place

Roaches were everywhere in the room sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival all in all horrible experience..

I reserve for two nights, and when I arrived at 11 PM the desk was closed and I never was able to check in. The next day Expedia communicated with them to help me get my refund. I am still waiting. They end up still charging me, even though I never stayed. Lots of activity in the parking lot as well.

The room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had stains all over the floor. The towel rack was broken. I couldn't switch rooms because they didn't have any two bedrooms available.
