Was denied check even through I had A reservation

Not a hotel for someone looking for a hotel This property is OK as last resort. They should NOT advertise as providing free breakfast because that is a lie. In my last two stays, Breakfast consisted of pot of coffee, packets of Oatmeal and packets of chocolate. On both stays, the front desk informed me that the ‘hotel’ was out of supplies. Smelled of fermented or dead fish Smelled so bad we almost did not check in. Thought the attending employee had cooked something or reheated something that smelled rancid. Elevator was full of trash on floor. 2nd floor where we stayed had trash up and down the hallways. Floors were littered with sunflower seeds. Our bed looked like someone had been laying on it. The smell from the lobby was just as strong on the 2nd floor and was creeping under the door. After a couple of hours we left. Absolutely disgusting.

Bed bugs Unfortunately this hotel is horrible it’s obvious they have maintenance issues they have a front desk attendent that is really the laundry person and my room had bed bugs. The room looks like a 1980s motel for drug attics, I check out immediately. All I can say is it needs a lot of work.

Worst experience There was dirty clothes left under sofa bed and food in cabinets. They had no clean towels. Spotted a juice box in lobby it was there for 3 days

The only good part is the front desk staff. This hotel has very pleasant staff, but the cleanliness, comfort level and hotel itself need a major improvement. I wish I had taken pictures because the ones on your website are not of the inside of this place.

One of the worst hotels that I've stayed at. Staff doesn't care if you have trash outside your door with the smell like fish . The refrigerator was broken and making a noise. I will never stay at an extended stay again.

Worst travel experience ever Never got to stay there!! Got there at 11 pm. The hotel was overbooked. Had to ask Hotels.com To find me another hotel. Got to the other hotel close to 1 am. Had to drive 20 Minutes to get there.

do not stay here no record of reservations (eventhough one party of my reservation had already checked in) - beds full of crumbs and food / blood stains, used flosser on night stand, trash cans full of trash, razorblade on floor (i had my 5 month old with me so this was definitely unsafe) bugs in lobby, leaky ceilings in hallways, dirty towels laying around hallways, unsavory people drinking in the parking lot... terrible experience.
