Extended stay hotels are normally and consistently well equipped. We had to explicitly ask for hangers and then for cups. The door also was not easy to open and close. It seems like a refurbished Travelodge, with doors opening to the outside. This was not like other Extended Stays we’ve been in. Otherwise we found it clean.

Was difficult to locate correct one. There were 3 different location within 3 miles of one another, two were off the same room less than a mile from each other. There was black mold down one side of the tub in the bathroom.

Avoid this place if at all possible The room smelled horrible and there were hairs on the sheets. We got to the hotel at 11 pm and most other hotels in the area were booked. Otherwise, we would have refused the room and gone somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here unless of an emergency. The continental breakfast was a joke- granola bars, chocolate muffins and pre packaged oatmeal and hot water.

Warning! This property is not your typical hotel, so don’t expect the normal amenities of a typical hotel stay. For example, don’t expect for your room to be cleaned daily, beds made or clean towels delivered. Your room will only be cleaned every 7 days or upon request. What? I didn’t see that in the description prior to booking. You have to go to the front office and ask for clean towels if you want them, otherwise you’ll be using the same soiled disgusting rags until you check-out.

the thing that i didn't like about my stay was my room was right next to the garbage, the bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, there was roaches falling from the ceiling when i walked in and the people was very noisy

The outside property was just ok, needed grooming, nothing special. The lobby wasn't clean, the room we stayed in was terrible; wasn't clean, bugs in the room and things were in disrepair. Spoke to person at front desk and explained our displeasure, person hardly said much, no sorry or we will move you to another room; very poor customer service. We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night; we should get a full refund or at least 1 night's refund for the terrible room conditions and services.

I had to go to 3 rooms to find one that was somewhat acceptable, but still not satisfactory. The first room neither the TV nor the telephone worked... The second had an awful smell...The third was not very clean. The process of finally getting in the 3rd room took well over an hour... Plus, there were other issues that did not meet normal expectations. At that point, if it had not been so late, I would have never stayed...Rather, look for someplace else to stay.
