Shower was broken and didn't get the room I paid for

Upon arrival to my room, the fire alarm was beeping every 20-30 seconds. I called about it and they said they would be up in 5 minutes. While waiting for 20-25 minutes, I also noticed a broken bathroom sink front panel that I documented when the individual arrived. The “fix” was to take the battery out to where I had no fire alarm in my room that night. The room also did not even contain a trash can.

Unsafe and unclean The door's lock was broken. The clerk refused to fix it and lied about the availability of other rooms. Overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel was poor and the area did not feel safe.

I've stayed here before, but it was nothing like it is now. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that I know.

Pissed to the max The bathroom toilet was dirty Housekeeping did not clean the shower there were soap left in the shower along with a dirty washcloth my stay there was horrible I will never stay there again

Did I do something wrong? The staff was cold & unwelcoming. The sheets had pubic hairs on them and when i asked for clean ones to put on myself they were not polite. The TV couldn't get all the channels and there was no ice or shampoo. Was not able to get a change of towels and when I was on my last day I was having a bad morning with my stomach (I am in the middle of G.I. surgeries) so I asked if I could get a late checkout for just 1 hour and THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME!?!
