Highly Disappointed The bathroom was not clean, the sink was stopped up, the bed was not comfortable. This was not the Extended Stay That I was Use To.
Gave away my reserved room I made a reservation and when I got there I got told they already gave my room away. Then they charged my card for the amount of the reservation. Trying to get my money back now smh
This property is gross. The floors were filthy, tub disgusting, just yuck. The guy who was working was nice enough to come vacuum and wipe up the floor in the kitchenette area. Their was hair all over the shower and it was brown and moldy. Not worth it! The bed was okay, and sheets seemed clean I was praying the whole time though. The saying is true you get what you pay for.
When I got to the hotel, the hotel told me they didn't have any rooms. I informed them that I had paid forq
Not a good Stay.... There was no working remote for the t.v . Also, there was no clean sheet when the top cover was pulled back. Front desk could not give a wake up call... And the front desk was closed by 9 p.m. Room had a smell as if a dog had stayed over night....
Very dirty room, especially since all this pandemic stuff is going on. It almost seemed like the room was never cleaned except for the bed being made. There was dried urine And pubic hairs all over the bathroom. They would only give us one key card and they limited access to work-fi to one device at a time.
We stayed the night before our sons surgery. We gkt our room key. Went to wawa can't back and our room keys wouldn't work. Waited for someone at the front desk to show up since they close at 11. Got our keys re programed and still did not work. So frustrating. Took me an hour to get in to my room with my 1 year old
