Unprofessional manager The tv in the room didn’t work call about and the manager refuse to fix it or refund my money because we didn’t no you could not smoke outside of the room and because we didn’t move fast enough for him and we complained about the tv he refused to fix the tv or switch rooms I was upset and didn’t stay the last night cause I I couldn’t use the tv paid for 2 nights the manager at that location was very unprofessional need a refund for that last I will never refer anyone to stay at that location

Absolutely Awful We actually did not stay more than 2 minutes in the room. As soon as we turned the lights on, roaches scurried. We notified the front desk, he came to check it, SAW them and then said ‘leave your key at the front desk’. I asked for a refund since we were definitely not staying and he refused. He would not allow me to speak with a supervisor because ‘it’s out of their control’ and since I ‘booked online, we can’t help you’. The location is great But the hotel condition and cleanness need significant improvement Carpet need to be changed is dirty and not washed on each host coming in The kitchen the same The bath tub either The reception has a nice people but they had so many surcharges

Awful. The room and bathroom was not clean. The “free” breakfast was a granola bar and a tiny package muffin. This place should not even be on Expedia.

It is a fantastic location. There is a very very good massage place right across the street, can walk to it. There is a restaurant next to the massage place that has happy hour starting at 4pm to 7pm for food and drinks. Very inexpensive. What I did not like about it is the room was very very dirty. I walked around in my socks and the dirt was ground in so I had to throw them away. The blanket on the bed was just awful. It was dirty with hair all over it. This property was the worst place i have ever stayed. The bathroom had mold in and our bed had hair all over it so we requested another room and that one had mold all over the bathroom as well.
