Room was not bad at all. Clean and hotel feel safe . No issues .

Easy check process even though i didnt showed on time cause of flight delayed . But as helping way i was able to stayed at the hotel .
Its was quick and fast checkin process . No issues at all .
Showed up at late had to wait couple of minutes cause lobby was closed . After 15 min someone came and help us to get in . I was very frustrated cause my reservation was canceled but tge person help me out . He called the manager and manager told him to gave me complimentary room for cheaper price . Finally i was able to have a room . Thanks for the help .

We were in town for my daughter’s interview with VCU dental school. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! We really appreciated not having no hassles in an already stressful situation! Thank you for providing excellent service!
