Everything was good and clean. I was a little freaked out by them making the bed while i was gone but I know that is their job.
It was clean and quiet. Front desk guy was Great very informative!!
The kitchen area however bought my groceries to cook & struggled
It was very clean and neat. Staff was great Close to alot of stuff all around a good place to stay if you visit Richmond va
Basically got what we paid for. Slightly smelly in that it smelled like smoke. Even though it was a non smoking room. Towels were itchy and uncomfortable Tv picture was very fuzzy Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly enough.
Clean n quiet enjoyed the friendly staff and conveniences of the shopping complex
