only problem was that they assigned some other dude my room and he came busting in on me. everything else was good

Went to check in & the key didn't work. Told the staff & they reset the key so when I tried to opened the door again I ended up walking in on a guest that was staying in that room already..

Property has a decent level of cleanliness staff is not really courteous or polite but since interaction is only at check in it’s tolerable. If you book through another service they will try to change your reserved accommodations and act like they didn’t know.
