I found the room broken down with a toilet paper holder hanging off a wall with a mildewed shower curtain and mosquitos on the floor. The floor was dirty and there were liquid puddles/stains on the night stand. Other than that the room was functional and wasn't worth complaining about for the short time I was there. (less than 10 hours of total room time) I tried to complain at the desk but the office was closed.

this location did not have an elevator, and it is very outdated. needs to be renovated. the location was nice , and the staff was friendly.

Whatever disconnects there are between this property and expedia resulted in there not being a room (or any rooms) available when I arrived. The person working at the front desk basically said "they get so many people looking for rooms" everyday that they can't accommodate all of them. That's when I tried explaining the concept of a reservation but it was like we were from different planets. I mostly blame the hotel for the mistake, but expedia should also have some checks and balances in place to keep better track of "actua... read more

No elevator, no grab rails in bath room tub. Outdated interior. Lower class individuals yelling and kids running around in and out at 2am yelling. Dogs barking, no smoking room but smelled of smoke ( cig burns on counter top) High curbing and not enough parking.

Most Disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. This was the nastiest hotel, I've ever stayed in. I was shocked to find such a hotel in the middle of short pump/Glen Allen area. The room definitely wasn't cleaned properly. I had to go to the lobby and ask the lady for a bottle of cleaner and napkins to clean the toilet and tub myself, which were absolutely disgusting. Not Cozy! The outside of the hotel was beautiful. It did not reflect the inside at all. The inside was old and uncozy! It’s definitely not a room you want to sit in all day. I didn’t even want to walk on the floor or sleep on the bed. The stove was old and right next to the bathroom. There weren’t any sheers at the window so either you close the curtains and the room is dark or you leave them open and everyone can look in your room! It’s definitely time for that hotel to be remodeled!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. They are using this place as temporary housing for drug addicts. Room was nasty. Blood on the walls in the bathroom. Outside was TERRIBLE. Never in my life have I seen anything like this

Old beaten room with leaking toilets. All the fittings are rusted. Bathroom exhaust doesn’t work. The rooms need some serious repairs.
