very tired locking place. The place was to bad for us to stay and we found another place to stay. The young desk person was helpful

If you want to stay Cheap. The highway alongside is too loud. I did not sleep the first night. Hotel staff found me a room on the other side and I was ok, but it was not a guarantee that I would have a quite room. 50% chance it will be facing the loud highway.

Should be a $45 hotel This hotel would be appropriately prices at $45 per night. Reception staff are friendly, rooms are clean but need some refurbishment. Kitchenette laminate counter was in need of repair. The biggest issue was the highway noise so request a room on the side of the property away from the hwy. No blow dryer in the room and you need to request glasses, bowls, cutlery from the front desk as the kitchenette is bare.

won't be back! I had no choice but to stay here due to a family illness, but I will never stay there again. This is more of a rent by the week hotel with people sitting outside drinking beer and leaving their cans all over the place. I was actually afraid. never again.Deidre Harrell

Terrible Experience Went to check in and they had overbooked. They were not able to fulfill my no-smoking reservation, along with other guests. Had to walk to rooms to smell and see if tolerable. Room was not clean, ashtrays still dirty, crumbs on counters, etc. The staff was overwhelmed and had no back up plans. Busy weekend in Roanoke, so there were no other hotel options available at late notice, so I could not leave.

Women's Conference We were lucky, five minutes later, and we would not have had a room. Lots of women with reservations did not have a room. First shift lobby person extended stays for others, which resulted in over booking. Second shift person left to deal with it. I felt really bad for her, even worse for the people behind me that didn't get a room. I booked a double for four people, ended up with two gueen singles, which was great for us. It was a very disappointing experience. Things in general were not appealing. Room was not the cleanest. It advertised a free breakfast but that was just a muffin, coffee, apple, packs of oatmeal and hot water. Not my idea of breakfast. We were glad we only had to be there one night and certainly would not recommend it to anyone else and would not stay there again ourselves.

poor Made reservations for 3 rooms, all non smoking , my room smelled of cigarette smoke, second room was unclean,third room was unclean but better than previous two, counters united still had food crumbs on it and the microwave had dirty fingerprint marks in it, made two room changes, both rooms a little better in first bathroom no bathtub or sink plugs, both out and laying to the side, like I felt comfortable taking a bath in the tub , the second changed room friend didn't sleep under the covers.
