CRACKHEAD, GHETTO, UNSAFE, FEAR The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I am on a trip across all 50 states and have stayed in 100’s of hotels now and by far the scariest, worst nastiest experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is crawling with old aggressive people, drove up on a drug deal behind the hotel, it is crawling with crack heads tweaking out approaching you taking their gloves off and saying they have something for you. Wow, where to start Front desk has metal door that pulls down. They never had it up to help People. Dirty doors, property smelled like dog, hotel room toilet, and floors filthy, blankets on beds stained (we went and bought our own) I’m guessing most guests live her permanently. The staff were the best part about our stay. They were incredibly responsive and kind. They listened to us when we asked for a second cleaning of our bathroom when it was emitting a horrible smell that permeated through the room. The room felt like a college dorm room. Incredibly minimal furniture. And the floor was really dirty. This hotel is not COVID-19 safe. DO NOT STAY HERE OMG!! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! I WAS DISGUSTED!!! ROOM WAS DIRTY, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM!! THE TOILET WAS BLACK, THE TUB WAS NASTY!! THE CURTAIN WAS DIRTY!! FLOOR WAS NOT SWEPT AT ALL A/C DID NOT WORK, CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD A BROOM AND MOP AVAILABLE AT THE DESK!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY!!! Survived, but never again. This place is overloaded with crack heads and full of dogs. It smells of wet dog and wet musty laundry. When you step into your room keep your shoes on because the floor appears clean, but as soon as your socks hit the floor they turn black from all of the nastiness on the floors.
