Dirty place.. not a hotel looks like a homeless shelter, people smoking in front of the maon door , not daily housekeeping, hallways smell like fast food ,

The extended stay America is trash really stinks people hanging around rooms a bare min this I’ll probably be the last time I use Hotels.com. I’m going back to my IGH app where I know I get quality rooms even when they’re cheap.

The staff was friendly and helpful however our room wasnt the cleanest. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet and socks black.

They didn't have our rooms that we reserved. We could only get a single bedroom instead of double bed. Don't know what they're going to charge us for it. The rooms didn't have everything they're supposed to like even just a remote for the TV there were burn marks in the bathrooms sink and it was just not maintained at all

Just Don’t I checked in because nobody else had rooms at this price point. The rooms have all of the amenities as advertised. What they don’t tell you is that the rooms are sticky, smell of cigarettes despite the hotel being smoking free. They didn’t change the sheets on one of the beds. This contributed to the smell along with the pubic hairs All over the place. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower had a layer of grime and filth.
