Room has a horrifying bad cigarette lingering odor that never dissipated, despite any measures used. Originally intended to stay for a week, left after the first night. Hotel shouldn't be advertised as smoke-free rooms if this is going to happen to future visitors.

Horrible experience Arrived at hotel late (approximately 11pm) and given two-bed room as reserved. Upon entering the room, instantly saw that no effort had been made to clean after previous tenant had moved out. Beds were filthy, old pizza was on the floor, and old milk was in the fridge. Went back to the front desk, but attendant had already left, so had to call and await attendant’s return. No more two-bed rooms were available, so offered a one-bed room for the night. I informed the hotel two days in advance that my stay would be one day shorter and I requested a refund. They indicated no problem and said since I booked it through Expedia to work with them. I did just that and Expedia said the hotel denied the refund of one day. The hotel is in need of repairs and cleaning. If I inform the hotel more than 24 hours in advance, why can't they refund me the one day? You are only charged if you fail to give 24 hours notice.

I apologize for any misunderstanding. We are an extended stay hotel. Our rates are based on the length of your stay. The longer your stay is the less you pay per day. If you shorten your stay the rate would change and sometimes that would actually cost you more money. I am sorry if that was not explained to you more clearly.

Do not stay in this place!!! The pictures in the listing for this hotel are not accurate for what it looks like and or smells like on the inside. The outside is nicely rennovated, but the inside they just covered up the smell and stink from the past with paint, carpet and so the stink is still all around. The bed and furniture are very basic and you can pay a little more and get so much more with other places.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE THEM AS AN OPTION! The pictures show a newly updated hotel... They are very misleading we pulled up and the outside looked nice, that is were it ends!! The 1st room they tried to put us, once you opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke knocked you over... We did not even step into the room, we went to the front desk and she left us standing in the entry way with not where to sit, pulled a concession style rolling cover over the window and left for about 15-20 min. Not a suitable hotel From the outside, the property seemed relatively new and clean. However, as I walked in to their lobby (check-in counter), there was a heavily intoxicated man waiting for his friend to grant him access at the main door that leads to the rooms. The profile of the hotel was questionable and for a lady, quite concerning. The room had a heavy odor of smoke, the carpet was filthy, and sheets did not look clean. Not a recommended hotel. I later found out this area is not a good/safe area.
