Lets see...there was a live baby roach in our room! 2 main room lights We're out, and the ENTIRE 4th floor ( "non smoking floor") smelled like cigarette smoke!!! Also you haft to take out your own trash (NO JOKE)!....and if you pay for the next day room in advance, then no refund for you if you want to leave!....AND THE BED IS HARD AS ROCKS.....ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MATTRESS!!!! Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. Never Again Call a few hours before arrival to let front desk know that we would be arriving late. I had to literally called 6 times within 3 hours before i got at answer and when i did get someone she had me on speaker, hard to understand each other on top of her having a conversation with someonein the background.
