The parking lot was all ice and it was never plowed from the last snow storm. It made walking to and from the car difficult. Breakfast really isn’t breakfast, they provide coffee and granola bars. There were no dishes or cooking supplies in the room, had to ask and then they only brought some things, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, no cups, nothing else. Had to use a plate to plug the sink so dishes could be washed, had to go to the store and buy hot pads, and cookie sheet so we could use the oven. If you plan to use ... read more

I like the kitchens @nd set up of my rooms. I did not like the pantry o= the| fact there \asnt a better smoking area

No complains expect my room key would stop working other then that it was good

DOUBLE BOOKED ROOM First thing is that i was sent a room someone was already occuping....then i was put in another room that wasnt to my satisfaction either. Im supervisor at Notre Dame over Housekeeping, no one is perfect when it comes to cleaning, but me, myself beleiving doing my best and make sure my customers are satisfied with my services. The room could've used vacuuming, bathroom sink had hair in it, but I stayed. The front desk clerk did apologize because she thought she had moved the guest for whatever reason. I en... read more

Liked the environment and room was perfect. All though needs better breakfast area. My stay was over all great.
