The towels were limited I stayed 3 nights 1.75 for new ones,no sleep upstairs stay was loud. Very disappointed.

False Advertising - No Pots/Pans/Dishes It is completely unacceptable that you did not have any pots/pans/plates/silverware for me to use in my room. The entire reason I booked at your location was because I needed a kitchen. After checking in, when I went to get pots and pans they told me they no longer offer that. They said I could buy a set if I wanted, but they were out at the moment so I couldn't buy it either (not that I would have spent money on that).
