Disappointing stay Room was non-smoking and smelled of smoke. The pillows provided were very small and when we asked for more they told us they didn't have extras. I will book a different hotel the next time I am in Springfield.

Filthy room Room was not clean. Floors need to be vacuumed, swept and mopped. The bed side table was sticky. Towels smelled clean but looked dirty. Also the bedspread needed to be washed and had cigarette burn on it.

Terrible experience The room smelled terrible, the bed was super uncomfortable and crumpled when I entered the room. It felt like I slept on a box spring. The staff was quite rude as well - I had some problems with being able to check in, and they did not help me. I ended up sitting in a chair by the front desk on the phone for an hour and a half, and they wouldn't assist or try to help me. It was not a good experience, and I wish I had gone to another hotel.

Unpleasant experience. Chris was rude during check in. The hotel was dirty and dated...not the condition that was online. The room had NO amenities in the room. You had go request them as well as the Wi-Fi password. The room was dirty and bed was the WORST bed I've ever slept on. I definitely feel I overpaid for what I got. Next time I will spend the extra money for a better hotel.

Not what we expected They had no room for us after we already booked. When we finally got a room it was dirty sticky floors dirty bathroom and stained sheets

Avoid This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in Springfield; only stay if budget is your only factor

Non-smoking property just for namesake Rooms had odor of cigarette smoke, AC was noisy and TV wasn't working properly. After repeated complains, the room was changed which was better only after 2 days passed.
