Ok for only one overnight stay.... OK place to stay for just one night. I wouldn't like to have stayed for a long period, but I only looked at it for an overnight stay compared to the price and not long term in relationship to pricing. Desk clerk was very friendly, but was having to work by himself so trying to handle multiple tasks at once.

Comfortable and Practical A great base for us to explore Springfield. Excellent facilities in room, sufficient for our needs. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Would highly recommend Flew to Springfield for a family emergency. Didn't expect too much for the inexpensive rate... surpassed my expectations! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are secure, clean, comfortable. I would definitely recommend/stay here again... should I ever find myself in the area again.

Go somewhere else if you can! Unorganized. Even though we had a reservation, the hotel worker had to go up and check to make sure the room was clean. The facility was non-smoking but there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Floor in kitchenette and bathroom was sticky. Few amenities, shampoo and 1 bar of soap. No hair dryer provided.

Not Bad Average room, clean. The free wi-fi is worse than 3G cellular data. Useless.

Best place I've ever stayed at from online booking This is the nicest hotel I have ever been to on a booking from site! Hotels.com The roo was very clean and even reading some the negative reviews on here I am shocked they would write false information or complain about petty things here and there. Our room was clean, staff was extremely nice and very welcoming. This is the place to stay with your life for sure. OK stay. It was clean enough, bed kind of lumpy and breakfast was a joke but at least there was coffee. The evening clerk at the desk was great! Good sense of humor and very helpful. The room was large, chair comfortable and tv was fine. All and all, ok place to stay and it was inexpensive.
