Chris at the front desk was exceptional. A larger microwave would have been nice but the smaller one was serviceable.

Ok for only one overnight stay.... OK place to stay for just one night. I wouldn't like to have stayed for a long period, but I only looked at it for an overnight stay compared to the price and not long term in relationship to pricing. Desk clerk was very friendly, but was having to work by himself so trying to handle multiple tasks at once.

Would highly recommend Flew to Springfield for a family emergency. Didn't expect too much for the inexpensive rate... surpassed my expectations! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are secure, clean, comfortable. I would definitely recommend/stay here again... should I ever find myself in the area again.
