Convenient, clean hotel Wasat convention at University Plaza. Couldn't afford their rooms.

Good stay I stay in Springfield twice a month and have stayed in numerous hotels, extended stay is the best bang for your buck by far

Nice older hotel The room was great! It was a reasonably priced get away for my wife and I for the weekend. The only drawback that I saw was the Continental Breakfast. It was definitely lacking. To me a Continental Breakfast includes a variety of rolls and muffins as well as cereal, milk, juice and coffee. This one had coffee, hot water, tea, instant oatmeal, 10 muffins of the same flavor and granola bars. This hotel would be a bargain without advertising it as a free breakfast.

Awesome service! Clean facility and room We only needed to stay for one night, but we easily could have stayed for longer. The hotel had everything we needed and then some. The highlight of our stay was Chris, the gentleman working the front desk. There was an issue with our expedia booking, but he called expedia for us and helped us work through it!

bad dirty bathroom

I have rented a couple of rooms here in the past couple weeks the frist one that they put us in the a/c heater didn't work. The second room was worse the toilet handle was broken and kept falling off.they didn't come and clean the room when we have been there for 6 days .we had to get our own Rowland from the front desk our selfs.it looks like they never sweep the floors or vacom.there is trash all over the parking lot bushes ex.you have a kitchen but they don't supply you with dishes cleaning stuff how am I spouse to wash t... read more

You get what you pay for Hallways and stair cases are filthy dirty,something sticky on the floor of the room entrance and kitchen area ,the shower stall is to low water all in bath room floor even flowing out side of bath room toilet handle was broken had remove toilet tank lid to flush toilet door form outside entrance would not close or lock didn't feel safe
