Gone downhill.... Upon arrival found out that due to the Corona outbreak my previous booked rate had dropped $20.00 a night and could not change the reservation. Getting into the room the people above us did not stop moving, stomping across the floor all night until after 2 am both nights. Called to the front desk multiple times about the issue and didn't get any better and nothing was done. My daughter has surgery at 630 in the morning today and was woke up at 3 this morning with fire alarms. My daughters poor ears are probably still ringing from having to come back to the room to get her car seat and diaper bag. Not very happy I couldn’t get a little bit of sleep before her surgery.

BEWARE THEY DO NOT BOOK TO LOCAL GUEST I think it is absolutely ignorant and ridiculous that this hotel will not book a room to a local person I am a Single mom and a widow with young children our Utilities are out and they would not even consider taking my money for nine days I was not there to party I was not there to tear up the room I was literally there so that me and my children could be warm but it just goes to show the small mindedness of some of the businesses in the Springfield area luckily there are some hotels th... read more

I was not allowed in the lobby so I did not stay there due to the fact that my drivers license so I said Springfield I was not allowed to walk into the lobby it was night time there is no place for handicap parking

Crappy I booked the room for my niece who was going through a really tough time. I put her name on the reservation and even called and told them the situation. I am states away and she needed help. She went to check in and because her ID showed an address in the same area they would not let her stay. Missouri just had ice and snow and the refused and they wouldnt refund my money so she could use it a hotel that would help her. I will never stay at an Extended Stay or recommend this place to anyone.

Room was pretty dirty. Dead flowers under the bed Made the room smell like rotting earth. A shoe from the last guest was also left. Not sure if the sheets were clean at all, didn’t look clean.

Had so much noise couldn’t sleep from people upstairs and the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it could of used a vacuum and the rooms need updated and looks like a lot of people basically live there
