The property is clean and the staff helpful. My room was in need of an update. There is not ice machine. That's probably ok if you are staying for a couple of nights and can make ice or get ice to put in the freezer, but there are those of us that are there for on night. The hotel says continental breakfast is provided. Breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal, snack bars and muffins. Certainly, not the continental breakfast I am accustomed to at other hotel chains.

Let me sleep!! Front desk started knocking on everyone's door at 9:30am asking if we were staying another night....... ugh!

Dirty in the rooms. Low quality. Burned out lights. Tv not plugged in .toilet leaver had to be held down to work. I was afraid to get under the cover. The floor was at an incline in room 216

It was fine as far as it being clean, the service was no where to be found most of the time.

Absolutely horrible! It’s 2am and we’ve been up itching for the past hour. We went to the front desk and she advised us that there could be bed bugs and to go to ER due to the huge bites that we have. We didn’t have any of this prior to arriving here. I DO NOT recommend. We have no other choice but to stay until the morning due to everything being sold out around here.

AC did not keep up. No gym or pool. Room was cheaply appointed and smelled like an old smoking room. The bed was uncomfortable. Just an older hotel that has not been renovated in a long time.
