GETTO The stair way needed cleaning. The room smelled when we came in. The bathroom floor was extremely uneven, I felt like I was falling backwards every time I went to sit down. And the floor had soft spots. The building settled extremely wonky. Everyone was not happy with the room

Location was good as its right next to the freeways. However the cleanliness was terrible. I took some pictures of my bed with hair on the bedsheet and under the sheet. Had a wet mark on the middle of the white bedsheet which was very disappointing. It could have been a body fluid or sweat mark. Checked in late as I was travelling across states by road. Experience was terrible. Had black marks on the bedsheets and the shower tub towel had black imprints as if someone stepped on it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Won’t stay there! Many, many people travel with their dogs. This place wanted us to pay $54 on top of the price of the hotel price. We left. Horrible customer service. The clerk was more concerned about the pizza she had delivered than trying to accommodate us. Never ever will book a room there again!

I didn't feel comfortable with other guests that I had to pass, lots of groups of males laughing and talking loud. The stove was barely working, and very very slow. It was weird having to check out a bundle of towels at the desk instead of having them already in the room as a courtesy. The area was very industrial and didn't feel convenient. Bed was ok, pillows hard, but overall it was worth the money.

Overall the hotel was clean. The smell like stale cigarettes was overwhelming. The queen bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pull out bed was basically springs with a sheet over it. Not worth the price I paid.
