Stood in lobby 15 minutes ringing a bell 4 times and someone finally shows up to check me in. He appeared unfamiliar with the check in process and seemed bothered by having to deal with me

Bed was comfy......however, never again! Even after two calls (one thru hotels.com and one by myself) to make them aware of my very late arrival (after midnight)....they had it noted and they still didn’t have me registered as a guest. After about 25 min at the front desk I went to a room that had not been cleaned (was in their system as ready).after waiting another 15 min they took me to another room. I called ahead and told them I would be a late arrival. The staff member was extremely rude. She told me repeatedly to just pick up the phone by the door and dial 0. Then she hung up on me. When I arrived there was not a room available. The night attendant was very nice and found me a room normally reserved for students.

The staff at this location is great. The one that checked us in was so kind. Unfortunately, they stay was quite horrible. Our first room, reeked of smoke. The front desk was kind enough to move us. The 2nd room, while it didn't smell like smoke, smelled like feet and dogs. But that's better than smoke to us, especially since we had out 16 month daughter with us. After reading the reviews, we expected much more. The Hotel had a bad smell in the hallways, I assume from guests cooking in their rooms. Should invest in air freshener system. No information in the room for TV channels, local restaurants, etc.

Had teo beds dod not ask for two beds. No tooth brush. No ice, no water, no extra towels or sheets
