It was the most disgusting place I have stayed at in my life. Burned out lights, broken closet shelves, old disgusting carpet, security door chain ripped totally ripped off, bad bedding, poor pillows, doors slamming starting at 5:00 AM, refrigerator loudly running all night long, etc. I should have left immediately but I was exhausted. This hotel property was very run-down and in a business park location. There was no drive thru drive way or easy access in and out of the property, you had to turn around once you pulled into driveway to get back out. The lobby smelled like a trash dumpster covered up by a strong cleaning chemical smell, and the halls reeked of smoke. DONT RECOMMED AT ALL. Bed was so dirty and I felt like there were bed bugs. I came alone and I didn’t feel safe at all! Area is very quiet and inside. I also felt weed smell on the floor.

1st room I checked in bed was dirty wit crumbs of food and bathroom had hair in the tub. The tub did not drain the water out water stayed in tube the whole weekend clogged

They gave my room away to other people who were shuttled from another hotel assumingly within the same company, that were evacuated due to flooding in the hotel. I was left arriving at midnight with nowhere to go. They offered to send me to another hotel in another town where clearly they could have sent the evacuees to. I continued on my trip until i couldn't safely continue and slept in my car. The next morning I discovered they actually tried to charge me for the room. Never. Ever. Again

Damp, smelling. I believe this and old hospital converted into a hotel. Nothing was in the room, you had to check everything out from the front desk including a coffee pot.

Check-in was nice and easy. Room was 80 degrees when we got into the room. Elevator was broken. The breakfast less than to be desired as it was muffins and granola bars. Toilet clogs w minimal use.

The first room we were given smelled of heavy smoke. The second room was better but could tell it was just sprayed with Febreze. The 3rd room was better but still had lingering smell. We kept the 2nd and 3rd rooms. The 2nd room had buckling rolled linoleum and a plugged up toilet. The kitchenette was old and totally void of any utensils or dishes, etc. This was after we were sent away from the motel we reserved rooms at and had to go to another location with no compensation.
