I called ahead and told them I would be a late arrival. The staff member was extremely rude. She told me repeatedly to just pick up the phone by the door and dial 0. Then she hung up on me. When I arrived there was not a room available. The night attendant was very nice and found me a room normally reserved for students.

The staff was very rude. The room was dirty and trash was in the room.

The staff at this location is great. The one that checked us in was so kind. Unfortunately, they stay was quite horrible. Our first room, reeked of smoke. The front desk was kind enough to move us. The 2nd room, while it didn't smell like smoke, smelled like feet and dogs. But that's better than smoke to us, especially since we had out 16 month daughter with us. After reading the reviews, we expected much more. The Hotel had a bad smell in the hallways, I assume from guests cooking in their rooms. Should invest in air freshener system. No information in the room for TV channels, local restaurants, etc.

Had teo beds dod not ask for two beds. No tooth brush. No ice, no water, no extra towels or sheets

Absolutly horrible. Over booked us and had to go to a different one 15 min away.
The bed wasn’t comfortable, room wasn’t finished when we got there they still had to bring us another pillow and spray... The staff was irritating because our tv was “too loud” when it really wasn’t they called and came by our room to tell us to turn the volume down and we did before they was being extra due to the person next to us saying the tv was loud so they have very thin walls and wouldn’t recommend if you would want people to tell you what to do inside of your hotel that you paid for, they could have just left us alo... read more
