Very nice staff Precious at the front desk was...well, precious! Great personality and you could tell she enjoyed her job.
the toilet was broken, the manger came from home and fixed it and then discounted my staff. Hotels.com customer service agent was most helpful about the situation and contact the hotel manager also to talk about the situation

Nice hotel with exceptions This hotel provided an enjoyable stay with a couple of exceptions. First of all, I wanted a king size room and found out there were none available until two weeks following the end of my stay. The other 'ding' against this hotel existed within the form of "clean" towels. While I understand the apprehension of a hotel involving guest's sensitivity to chlorine and the like, there can be no dispute involving the necessity of truly clean towels. The hotel was excellent!!! The staff was GREAT My experience was Great!!! I had a few issues in the beginning and each one was correct promptly.

Just passing through. Excellent hotel. We needed a bed and breakfast and this was the perfect hotel for that. Clean comfortable and a very reasonable price.

family vacation the only limitation I would place is most of their rooms have a single queen bed. I prefer 2 bed rooms if I am traveling with my family

A decent stay Everything was good for the most part. We did however encounter a problem with a few ants by the air conditioner that came in through the window. We mentioned it to the clerk and she offered us a can of ant spray but we were going to have to do it ourselves; she didn't offer to spray it for us and didn't seem to willing to help. NO HOUSEKEEPING THE OVERALL STAY WAS GOOD BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY HOUSEKEEPING THE WHOLE TIME DURING MY STAY.I HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR NEW TOWELS.
