Do not recommend Room smelled of cigarettes even though they claimed it was non smoking. Saw several roaches and other bugs in the room. Went to open the bathroom door and door knob came right off. Was not a comfortable stay.

Nope... ...just nope. It was clean I will give them that but it smelled like cigarettes and felt dirty. It looks so nice on the outside and even the halls are nice but the room was not. Yuck, just yuck.

Room was overpriced. Toilet had not been flushed and the TV was on. Room is not clean at all. Not worth the price. Room was more expensive on hotels.com then through The website. Was thoroughly disgusted by the unflushed toilet.

Booked a room through Expedia. Got my confirmation number and emails. Went to check in and ends up we didn’t have a reservation. Still got charged for the room

My room was hot and smelly. I could hear the neighbor snoring loud, the bathroom tub had a yellow to dark stain due to the water leak. It kept leaking water during my whole stay. No other amenities included during this stay.

misery The air conditioning was not working properly it wasn’t that bad the first night but the 2nd night it was horrible. They have a hole on their parking lot & I twisted my ankle. The receptionist moved me to another room with only one bed & it took her 2 hours to get me a roller way bed. No one helped you had to keep running up & down getting everything on your own
