Tub creaked and had visible water damage at the base including a hole where the wall had been damaged at some point. Outside of that 5 star.

The night Manager is great.! I arrived at midnight, used the door phone to contact guest services and within a couple of minutes the smiling night manager gave me my room key. This is exceptional service and I highly recommend staying at this location!
