The room was not clean. There was dust hair in kitchen over stove. Oven was filthy dirty, black sticky residue. Bathroom sink clogged with hair like kitchen area. Unhappy customer!!!

There was a sheet that hadn't been cleaned up and it smelled terrible. I didn't sleep well the whole night.

When we came back to hotel after our concert, our fire alarm was chirping. It was 2:00am, we just wanted to sleep. We took the battery out of it, but it continued to chirp, attempted numerous times to get staff to answer phone, since the front desk was closed. Finally, someone answered, said they'd come up but never did. We ended up leaving and not staying, and was unable to get a refund! Terrible, terrible service!!!!!!
