No elevators an room on 2nd floor. There is nothing in info that states one must climb stairs. This omission by Expedia and Extended Stay created a hardship for me. Antiquated rooms, old smelly carpet. No amenities!! Room way overpriced and just felt dirty overall. Staff need customer service training. Would not recommend. Paid over $100 night and

Didnt like the smell on my room ill think ill go back

Charles at the front desk made our stay! Other than that, the hotel was ok. The fact that we had to ask for everything we needed including toilet paper, says a lot about the area and guests? that stay there. You get what you pay for.

Potentially Unsafe The hotel is great but they require a credit card at check-in but that is not noted when you utilize your debit card to book the room on hotels.com. In addition, while resting in the room the door opened. I was in the room nearly undressed and the maintenance employee opened the door claiming that he had been called by the office to come and repair the TV.
