Hotel smelled horrible in every room and hallway. The room smelled like an ashtray, even though you could tell an attempt was made to clean it, and the bed was like a brick. The "grab and go" breakfast was gone and not restocked when I left at 830 when it was supposed to run for another hour past that. Nothing resembling a 'free breakfast'. Never left a bad review on a hotel before and I dont expect top of the line.. but yikes.

Place was run down, had to wait over two hours past check in time for our room to be cleaned and ready. Then we didn’t have linens for the pull out bed, which the floor would have been more comfortable than sleeping on that metal frame advertised as a bed. The “grab and go” breakfast was poor. There were holes in the walls of the room. All around very poor experience. Do not recommend.

Good value, great staff Staff were amazing. The carpet was a little worn in my room but everything else was clean and great.

Great stay, even greater staff! Enjoyed my stay at the ESA on Craig Road. The staff were fantastic. I enjoyed it so much, I may head back there soon for an extended stay.
