Very bad experience Staff are rude, room is not clean, there was pizza box in the fridge and trash in the basket. The room was not ready at all. We thought there was someone in the toilet still there. The lady at the front desk was so rude and I took my decision immediately and asked to cancel my reservation. Then we left.

Dirty room I got to the hotel and didn't like the overall appearance. People loitered around, some were smoking. I was afraid. Too much noise in the other rooms. When I got to my room, I discovered that the room had not been swept. Drawers were dirty, bathroom floor dirty, carpet had some patches and smoke patches despite it being a non-smoking room. Disappointing Stay When we checked in we were given a room where a past occupant had been smoking. We asked to be changed. The clerk was going to argue but stopped herself and was nice about giving us a different room. It smelled but not like smoke. The fan on the heater banged as it turned around so we had to turn off the heater. The room was clean (except the air). The hotel said they offered breakfast. The DO NOT. They offer granola bars and coffee. I would NOT call that breakfast.

No small appliances for kitchen utensils No kitchen utensils. But there is a picture of them. That you can go to the main office and request. Maybe you should mention that when booking the room. Came in late, expecting to eat in my room, nothing to make my food with

I feel diseased after walking inside the room Sheets soaked in foreign substances, blood splatters on the walls, drug paraphernalia, nothing wiped down/cleaned...I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there.

Decided not to check in as we were shocked by the person at the desk helping the guest in front of us, decided to try another hotel. There was also an unexpected issue dealing in cash, they don't accept it, only cards. This is the second year in a row that Extended Stay locations have disappointed, won't make the same mistake in St Louis again.

Just ok This motel looked like a bad place to be out at night. Of course we had no idea. The rooms were acceptable carpet stained but bathroom was clean. Water was nice and hot for shower. We just looked our selves in room and stayed till morning. Bed was clean.

No way would I stay here again. Not sure if there is anything good that I could say about the stay here. Our room was missing a smoke detector and a face plate around an electrical outlet, which would be safety violations and are probably not legal. The fitted sheet was badly stained. Every day, even though the room was non smoking, it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.
