Outside looks great. Inside not so much. Stains on carpet and wires for the phone line were exposed. Smells dirty and musky but room didn’t smell as bad as main lobby.

Room seemed to be clean until i went in the bathroom and saw standing water in the tub and used shampoo on the top ledge of the tub. It made me question how clean i thought it was. The front desk man seemed to rush me off when i had questions about how to connect with wifi because he had a call holding and a few other customers that came in after me.

Non smoker rooms but stench of smoke in room...found cigarette burns on blankets. Notified staff but no other rooms available. No even offered to exchange bedding.
