No key Terrible. Worst stay aver in a hotel. Not able to give me a key, so I had to call every time I want to come back. Last person of the night shift that came to open my door was extremely rude

Will never stay here again. Left right after check out and went to another hotel. Dirty. Unsafe. Had two children with me, and didn’t feel safe. Room was very old and rundown and seemed just dirty. The room was humid and damp. Hotel was loud with people all over just sitting around outside smoking and hanging out. Several people staying there looked drunk and/or high.

They still haven’t released my deposit back 7 days later.

Room was ok , however I got bit by a big green bug in my sleep . A day after check in there was no water in the pipes so I was not able to shower , brush my teeth use toilet etc because no water . Staff didn’t even inform us that there was going to be a water lock off . And they had no back up tank . Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I know it may have been difficult to walk to tell everyone that water will be off. But at lease tell us during check in that they will be working on the pipes . Staff were kind but hotel is that of a low end motel. Definitely not the standard for an extended stay

The fact they charge an additional $100 for a deposit is absurd. It mentions no where online about it. I don’t know why you need a deposit when they place looks awful, broken screens, chipping paint, foul odors, dirty blinds, leaking faucets, it looks more like an apartment complex than anything and one that you do not want to go near. We will not be back here , maybe they should update the webpage for what it honestly looks like

The room we rented was all broken the bathroom door and room was tore up and they ask for 100 more dollars for a deposit that not on hotel policy
